Founded by Peter Maslen in 2005, Nelsam Ltd is a proud family-run business with strong roots in the construction industry. Built on over 30 years of experience, we’ve grown from a small operation into a respected Teir 1 contractor, delivering high-quality structural renovations and commercial building projects across London, Essex, and the South East.
